Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
• Payments made for services that were not activated or delivered due to technical errors on our part • Duplicate charges resulting from system errors • Service interruptions lasting more than 24 hours due to website maintenance or technical issues
Non-Eligible for Refund
• Listing boost or advertising services that have already been activated and begun running • Payments for services that did not achieve expected results or performance • Services canceled after activation • Expired listing boosts or completed advertising campaigns
Refund Request Process
1. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment 2. Requests must be submitted via email to contact@mango.tc 3. Include your username, transaction details, and reason for refund request 4. Our support team will review your request within 3 business days
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible • Transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount as per payment processor policies
