Platform Role

Mango.tc operates solely as an advertising platform that connects buyers and sellers. We:
· Provide a space for users to post and browse listings
· Enable communication between interested parties
· Do not participate in transactions between users
· Do not verify listings, users, or transaction details
· Are not responsible for any aspects of the final transaction
· Do not guarantee item condition, ownership, or availability
· Do not handle payments or transfers between parties
· Are not party to any contracts between users

Users acknowledge that:
· All transactions are conducted directly between users
· Due diligence is the responsibility of the transacting parties
· Any disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties
· Platform fees only apply to listing and advertising services
· Legal and financial aspects of transactions are user responsibilities

Account Registration

· Users must provide accurate information
· Account credentials must be kept secure
· Users are responsible for all activity under their account
· Minimum age requirement of 18 years

Prohibited Activities

· Posting illegal or harmful content
· Misrepresenting items or services
· Harassment or abuse of other users
· Attempting to compromise platform security
· Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

Listings and Transactions

· Users must have rights to sell listed items
· Accurate description of items is required
· Platform fees may apply to transactions
· Compliance with local laws and regulations

Vehicle Listings

· Platform displays vehicle information as provided by the seller
· Standard listing details include:

o Make and model
o Year of manufacture
o Price
o Location
o Contact information
o Photos uploaded by seller

· All information is posted as-is from the seller
· Platform does not verify accuracy of vehicle details
· Images must be of the actual vehicle being sold
· Users prohibited from misrepresenting vehicle details
· Platform may remove listings that violate policies
· No responsibility for accuracy of listing details

Real Estate Sales and Rentals

· Platform provides advertising space for property listings only
· Users arrange all transaction details independently
· Platform does not verify property details or ownership
· All property viewings and inspections arranged between users
· Rental/sale agreements are user responsibilities
· Platform not involved in payments or contract execution
· Users must ensure compliance with local real estate laws

Liability Limitations

Platform Disclaimer

· Service provided “as is” without warranties
· No guarantee of continuous or error-free operation
· Not responsible for user-generated content
· No liability for transaction disputes between users

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mango.tc from:
· Claims arising from account usage
· Violations of these terms
· User-posted content
· Disputes with other users
