We are seeking a professional Server to join our dining service team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables, establishing a positive first impression
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
- Make informed recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests
- Ensure proper food delivery timing and presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
- Maintain current knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Assist in side work duties including setup and breakdown of service areas
Required Qualifications
- Legal right to work in Turks & Caicos Islands
- Police record
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler’s certification
- Alcohol service certification (if applicable)
- Proven experience with POS systems
- Excellent mathematical skills for cash handling
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
- Manual dexterity for carrying multiple plates and glasses
